IMPORTANT FOR PUBLICATIONS!
Publications and research highlights are at the heart of how DOE communicates the value of DOE-funded research to Congress and the broader public. NGEE-Tropics supported lead authors and co-authors should use the submission form above to report their publications and associated research highlights to us no later than two weeks from the time of acceptance so that we can inform DOE of our impact on science!
-Did you acknowledge NGEE-Tropics funding support in your publication?
All NGEE-Tropics supported publications MUST acknowledge NGEE-Tropics funding support – See our acknowledgment policy.
-Did you submit research highlights with your publication?
All NGEE-Tropics supported publications MUST be submitted along with TWO research highlights (click the download button below for templates). You can submit your highlights using the submission form above. 
-Did you submit your research highlights separately to DOE?
BER-ESS has its own online submission form for submitting research highlights separately. After submitting your highlights to NGEE-Tropics via the above form, we can submit your highlights to the BER-ESS submission portal. Note that DOE National Labs may need to follow their own internal processes.
-Did you submit NGEE-Tropics data to the NGEE-Tropics Data Archive?
All NGEE-Tropics supported datasets MUST be submitted to the NGEE-Tropics Data Archive.
-Are you an LBNL employee?
If so, please follow EESA’s Guide to Submitting Highlights internally. This is applicable if you are the first author of a publication. Your PowerPoint slide, highlight Word document, and PDF of the manuscript should be emailed to the Project PI (Jeff Chambers at jchambers@lbl.gov) and CESD_highlights@lbl.gov.
