Sites

NGEE-Tropics partners with local institutions to work in field sites established and managed by others. Where NGEE-Tropics has significant investments in field data collection, local sites coordinate research visits by NGEE Tropics participants. Each site has distinct requirements for site access to conduct research, which can be found via the sites pages below.

NGEE-Tropics participants must comply with site access requirements, which may vary from site to site and can include obtaining research visas and permits, registering a visit, requesting lodging, and scheduling of equipment use.
